Current Status

The Court-approved Claim Filing Deadline passed on November 14, 2025.

On November 24, 2025, the Court granted final approval of the Auditor Settlement and related relief.

On June 2, 2026, Plaintiffs filed their Motion for Distribution with the Court seeking permission to distribute the Net Settlement Fund. This Motion is currently pending.

We need court approval to make payments. Accordingly, the payment date is not yet known.

The purpose of this website is to inform Class Members that a settlement in the above-captioned securities class action lawsuit has been reached with Defendants CohnReznick LLP; Crowe LLP; Margolin, Winer & Evens LLP; RSM US LLP; and WithumSmith+Brown, PC (“Settlement”).

On November 24, 2025, the Court granted final approval of the Settlement and related relief. Settlement Class Counsel has filed its motion for distribution with the Court to distribute the Net Settlement Fund. This motion is currently pending approval by the Court before any payments can be made. Accordingly, the payment date is not known currently, but please check back for updates.

November 14, 2025
Claim Filing Deadline

To be eligible to receive a payment from the Settlement, you must submit the Claim Form and supporting documents, postmarked (if mailed) or submitted online no later than November 14, 2025, in accordance with the instructions on the Notice and Claim Form.
October 30, 2025
Exclusion Deadline

To exclude yourself (opt out) from the Settlement Class, you must submit a request for exclusion postmarked on or before October 30, 2025, in accordance with the instructions on the Notice.
November 3, 2025
Objection Deadline

To object to the Settlement, the Plan of Allocation, or the request for attorneys’ fees or litigation expenses, you will need to submit a written objection according to the instructions in the Notice so that it is received on or before November 3, 2025.
November 24, 2025
Final Approval Hearing

The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing on November 24, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. Central Time via Zoom.

Do Nothing

If you do nothing, you will remain a member of the Settlement Class, but you will not receive any money from this Settlement unless you submit a Claim Form as described above.
